SPA gem next to the Nynäshamn shoreline

We had a very pleasant weekend stay and enjoyed the SPA, took a bath and had a nice dinner at this hotel, located just by the shoreline in Nynäshamn. The service was good, room was ok and clean. Overall a very calm and beautiful area.

We have made a road trip in Sweden. From all booked 4-Star hotels, this one was the most expensive. The breakfast and restaurant was good (Service and dinner) and has a nice view. The rooms was not at expected level of cleaning. Dust and dirt was in the room (yellow house). During the stay the cleaning was forgotten and we must remind the receptionist 3 times. After it was partially done. The biggest negative surprise was the SPA, even you will just want to have a swim in the sea you have to pay 40€ a day per person. All in all not in relation with 4-Start standard and more to expensive for the hotel with hidden costs! With our experience will never book again this hotel.

The hotel was badly signed, very difficult to distinguish the different apex buildings and there was no clear “Reception” sign so we found ourselves wondering about in the cold trying to find the check in. In saying that everything else was perfect .

God frukost med många val (yoghurt, juice, bröd, lax,flingor, frukt, våfflor med mera). Vackert läge.Extra kostnad för bad och spa,bhade varit bra att kunna bada utan att betala avgift. 20 minuter till fots till Nynäshamn där det finns några restauranger.

Många brister

Tyvärr en besvikelse! Vi har varit här flera gånger tidigare men aldrig på sommaren. Dålig service, vi fick vänta 60 min på att få beställa middag. Natten var hemsk utan kyla och ingen möjlighet att öppna fönster (rekommenderat av hotellet att inte öppna), hotellrummet var nära 30 grader varmt. Till frukost saknades vitala saker såsom vanligt te, kaffebönor mm. För lite personal på middagen vilket vår serveringspersonal också sa. Tyvärr blev detta en riktig besvikelse!

Utmärkt spa

Gick bra att komma sent till hotellet. Spa-upplevelsen på morgonen utmärkt i lugna och rena lokaler. Utomhusbubbelbad och trappa nära för dopp i havet (10 grader ). Te och frukt ingick. Självklart bastu också både vedeldad och elbastu. 😊

Gut für Freizeit - nicht so fürs Geschäftliche

Da ich auf Geschäftsreise war ist es nicht wirklich praktisch gewesen. Ärgerlich das das WLAN weder beim Laptop noch beim Handy funktionierte. Viel zu kompliziert? und wenig Benutzerorientiert. Da ich viel reise und eigentlich recht viel Erfahrung mit den verschiedenen Login-Methoden habe - nicht sehr überzeugend. Das UMTS musste herhalten was bei der Lage ich nicht bombe war.
