「From the warm welcome to the warm goodbye, the staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge of Stockholm is, of course, excellent but the enthusiasm with which they share it is infectious. Our room had lovely amenities, the only slight complaint was it could have been a degree or two warmer, as the temperature outside dropped while there but the bed was very comfortable and warm.
