This is my second time staying at this property and I love it. Quick walk to Gamla Stan and right across from the Central Station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food, and the roof top bar has a nice view and heaters.

The 'roof top bar' is actually on floor 8, so a room on floor 9 was impossible to get to sleep before the music was switched off at 1am, complaint to staff in the evening yielded no solution, but told to return in the morning to sort a refund, in the morning that wasn't possible so told to come back in the afternoon,

Very good option

Excellent option if you're intrested in staying very close to the train station and have a very good location to walk around the main spots in Stocolm. The room was pretty confortable and spacious.

Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and good value for money. Location is a bit far from Nyhavn and tourist areas although you can easily take the train. My kids were on a lower floor, we requested to be on the same floor and that would have been helpful. The first girl who checked us in up front was not very welcoming and didn't let us know about much of the amenities there, but the man who checked us out was great and helpful. Its a good mid range hotel, but just a bit far from tourist areas.

Everything is great except lots of scam taxi-driver waiting outside of the hotel, ripping off customer. Be careful to check and have price agreed before hopping on a taxi .
