「Steps going up and down could be challenging for seniors, especially if you have heavy luggage. Space was great but the steps were in between the bedroom and the kitchen without any railing or door. Very convenient location to all ferries and activities. Try Mac’s in Chatham for lobster and seafood.」

「This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. 「This house was a construction zone. Stairs not attached so could not even get access into the house, inside loose board leaning against the wall with nails sticking out, non-functioning outlets and lights. Workers directly outside door sanding and building beginning at 7am. Communication with owner and local rep was nearly non-existent. Was told it would stop but it didn't. Renters had to wait in car until workers reattached stairs to get access into the home in the evening after they were told...

The house is located in a private, wooded area but conveniently located to OB, Edgartown, the airport and beaches. The interior/furniture were so cozy.
