“This house worked well for our family. It is located in a very quiet but easily accessible neighborhood. There is lots of common space to enjoy together, both inside and out. Some of the things we really enjoyed were the outside play area and patio, the well equipped kitchen and the baby/toddler equipment. There were plenty of towels and little extras in the bathroom and kitchen in case you forgot something. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Having to navigate the stairs to the basement at our age was a little difficult and could use a kitchen sink but other than that it was fine.”

“We had a great stay. Places to eat close by. We walked to a great Italian restaurant. Our hosts communication was above and beyond. Even though it is a duplex type house, it is very quiet. No noise issues at any time. Plenty of parking and nice backyard.”

“Overall a great experience. The place was as described and provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was exactly how it was advertised. Nice, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and very cute. Our host answered all my questions and emails right away. A”

“The apartment and location were exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The host provided very clear and helpful directions regarding how to access the key fob from the lockbox on the building, even providing a YouTube video showing how the lockboxes operate, which was critical. The only negatives for me were that there were multiple air fresheners in use in the apartment, which I found off-putting, being sensitive to chemicals. Additionally, out of the host's control, the……

“Smooth email communication for checking in and out.”

“If you are visiting Milwaukee, this is fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great space! Clean and up to date. We got lucky and found a parking spot right in front sometime around 4:15pm. Instructions were clear on how to get in. Getting an Uber was fast and easy in the area. We plan to return next year to this same listing. Very happy we tried this out when we normally stay at a hotel. Highly recommend.”

“We were planning a quiet getaway weekend. We were not made aware of the fact that the building the apartment was located in was also a wedding venue. We were on the 5th floor, but directly above the 2nd floor venue. The floor literally shook and the noice unbelievable until 12:05 AM. Our contract clearly stated that there was a noice ordinance at 1000 PM. Both beds had severe squeak issues. One side of the sink in kitchen was filthy with food and even a dime. Extremely hard to unlock front……

“Cool upstairs apartment. Everything was clean and looked like new. Lots of nice amenities. Plenty of parking. The front door unlock was a little tricky but once you get it, it is fine. Close enough to walk several places also.”

“Great place”

“The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very close to the Baird center and other places we wanted to visit.”
