The renovations were like putting a dress on a pig. The paint jobs were minimal and lacked any paint on finer details. The hot tub was empty. But the breakfast was amazing. Same old place just with new carpet and a half done paint job.

Holiday Lodge is in the midst of renovation with that being said it’s a beautiful property and what they’ve done so far is great. We had a great stay there. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Great room great staff great continental breakfast just very happy with your overall stay highly recommended you won’t be disappointed

Our room was very dirty. Not only were there bugs on the wall but centipedes had crawled into my sneaker. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom, the towels looked very worn and had stains/ holes, and the floor was grimy. We had no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the bathroom shower dispenser which tells me no one has stayed in this room for quite some time. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but the hotel was not worth the price. They never took the trash out while we stayed although I know housekeeping came since new towels were left- I found this very odd.

The rooms were clean the staff really friendly. They are still working minor issues out since reopening we didn't have hot water and water pressure was low. I am sure once they work things out it will be fine. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice rebuild in progress. We were there for the soft open and experienced some of the growing pains. But the staff was friendly and kind. The room was very clean. We would have liked to know in advance that the pool was not functioning. Looks like the place is on it's way to be a really good value in a convenient location.

They are apparently under renovations but none of this was conveyed during booking. The place obviously is in need of renovations, it is in very poor shape. The pool, hot tub and restaurant bar were closed. The only positive is the room was clean and neat.

Our room itself was clean and somewhat updated. The rest of the facilities clearly are in need of some TLC and updating. Breakfast items were very limited and some supplies like creamer were unavailable on the morning we ate breakfast. This hotel was priced a little bit cheaper than others in the area and for the timeframe we stayed. The staff noted that they were under new management and that hopefully upgrades would be coming in the future.

We stayed here after a long day of sightseeing and it was pretty nice. Bar and restaurant were no longer open but the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The whole place just kind of needs a makeover which we were told it was recently purchased by different owners that were looking to renovate and get back to it's original glory. I wouldn't shy away from here but also wouldn't say it'd be my only choice if there were different options. I'd give the new owners the benefit of the doubt though. The front desk girl although I forget her name was surely a go getter that should help make people want to stay there also. She was knowledgeable and very easy for us to talk to also helped us with a slight issue.

The rooms while falling apart, quite literally (wallpaper peeling, doors broken, walls cracked) we’re at the very least clean, bedding, bathroom etc, as much as they could be with extremely outdated furniture and fixtures. The black out curtains had multiple tears and holes in them so there was always light coming through the sheers. Definitely needs updated and a good deep cleaning throughout the hotel, the hall and entryway carpet was disturbingly dirty and stained. Everything was dusty and very outdated. Will definitely not be back. I will say the staff was very friendly.

This is a hotel in decline. Much of the property was closed off or in desperate need of repair. There are some parts where construction was being done, but I didn't get the impression work was being done consistently. Pool was closed, gym was laughably outdated. Restaurant/lounge was also shut down, as well as all vending machines. That being said I could tell they were trying their best. The room was clean, and the parts of the hotel that were open were also clean and orderly. I do hope they are able to finish repairs and get back up to speed, they have a lot of potential.

This place was fine. Check in took a while and my TV didn’t work. I was on the first floor and my room was clean and comfortable. However, it was really bright with the hall lights and outside lights. I woke up multiple times thinking it was morning because it was so bright.

The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels for the stay. Very close to Summit Bechtel Reserve, which was where I was headed. I did not eat breakfast, but the water and snacks weren't as overpriced as some hotels.
