"Most pick a place like this because of the proximity of the airport and the availability of the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, it wasn’t running the morning we needed it. Kind of ironic they made it pretty clear that we needed to be in front of the hotel five minutes before our departure time. Yet, it was almost 10 min after our departure time before went to the front desk and was told they were trying to get a shuttle from a partner hotel as the shuttle wasn’t working this particular morning. Besides the fact that this one major service wasn’t available. They also didn’t say anything to anyone until we asked. There were about 6 parties waiting around the front. It would have been nice if they communicated this issue. We ended up getting an Uber and was picked up about 20 min after the original shuttle departure time. And everyone else was still waiting… The hotel was basically a motel (outside units). The only reason I booked this place was it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. As it turned out, it worked because you can get an Uber fairly quick at 5:30 am. "

"Shuttle was not 24hr as Expedia stated, and breakfast was nit included with Expedia booking. Shower was modern and water was hot, great TV reception and nice pillows "

"shower needed to be cleaned as there was leftover residue from someone shaving. Its decently well renovated but its clearly an older place/rooms that they spruced up on a budget"

"Airport shuttle arrived late, had to wait for over half an hour for pick up from airport to the hotel. Clean property, staffs could be more friendly. "

"I have stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times over the years, and this is my first review. This is a solid 4.5 out of 5 star rating -- it is clean, the free breakfast options are amazing, the rooms have tons of space, the indoor pool is nice, etc. The two areas where there could be improvement is the in-room lighting (the lighting is very dim, even with all lights on), and parking. Parking was previously free. Now it is about $28 dollars a day. Do other hotels in the area charge for parking, yes, but most of them do not. If they do, the amount is usually much less, especially given the distance from the airport. As comparison to this $28 a night at Embassy Suites, one can valet at a big name luxury hotel in DC for $55 a night. Thus, the price seems a little off. Thank you for reading this!"

"That hotel has a problem with their elevators every year that we go there it does make everything harder. It is so inconvenient and the Cher they have us using the staff elevator as well. They need to get their stuff together."
