I had to book last minute leaving another hotel that was full of roaches. So I had to book through Expedia because I couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel by phone. I reserved a King room with a sofa, but upon arrival, I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes due to large groups of kids buying snacks in the lobby. After finally getting my room keys, we brought our luggage up to the top floor—only to find the room had two double beds instead of what I booked.
I had to go back downstairs and wait in line another 15 minutes to get it sorted. The second room was a King, but it was handicap accessible. Despite the mix-up and slow elevators (the hotel was clearly packed), the overall stay was pleasant. The shower had great hot water and the floor was quiet at night.
One suggestion: the hotel should consider using deep pocket sheets. Ours didn’t fit the mattress properly and kept popping off, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable.
