3 CCTV's, DVD player, DVD/VCR combo, wireless internet access and videos/ DVDs. Newly renovated throughout in 2018 with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash. Hardwood floors in living spaces, carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom with walk-in closet, vanity and sink with separate shower, toilet and access to the covered porch overlooking Oak Island Golf Course. Dining seating for 4 plus 4 at the bar, gas fireplace in living room. Covered porch with swing and deck furniture. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Community pool access to 2 seasonal pools. Military discount available (contact Oak Island Accommodations for full details and eligibility requirements).

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, a hypoallergenic dog may occasionally be present on owner reservations.

The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

No frills - Great location

We love Oak Island and this neighborhood but this rental needs some work! Horribly stained carpet, not well cleaned, ancient furniture and linens. Minimal useful kitchen supplies. Felt like the owner went as cheap as possible but rate was not.
