We hosted a family reunion and everything was perfect here! Great number of bedrooms and mixes of sized beds. Lots of great spaces, and the kitchen was especially wonderful. The pool was fantastic (with pool noodles) and just a short walk to the beach. Shower pressure was great, too!

The house worked out great for my family. I don't think that it had been cleaned immedoately before we came because there were a couple of dead bugs around and at least one toilet had a ring in it, however, the property manager offered to send the cleaners over. It was fine and we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect family getaway

Rented this house with my family, including my adult children, their spouses and young children, and my sister's family. The house was perfect, not only for the older adults, but for the five 22-year-olds in our family and the little ones.Of course, with a three-story beach house, we did need to watch the little ones on the stairs, and it was quite a climb for our visiting parents, who are in their 80s. Nonetheless, we would definitely rent here again.Having a private pool on our doorstep was an even greater perk than we had imagined it would be. The beautiful beach was just an easy walk down the quiet, dead-end street.The house was beautiful, very fresh and new, and clearly well-built. It was very thoughtfully appointed. The open living areas were perfect for a large crowd, and the bright kitchen accommodated many cooks. The wine fridge came in very handy. Plenty of dishes and glassware for a crowd.Loved the deep decks with generous overhangs protecting from the sun. We took advantage of beach rentals (bikes, cornhole) available through the same company, which was super convenient.Communication with management throughout the process was excellent. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay there again.
