Great vacation spot

Property was nice and accommodating. It was an easy walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed hanging out on the swing on the top balcony.

Great location and house!

We had a great stay only wished outside shower was more functional with the shower head and the dryer is struggling to dry a few items however place was stocked well excellent kitchen equipment too!

Great experience!

My group had so much fun, the place was clean and the kitchen was so well stocked! I had daily communication from the owner making sure everything was all right. Such a tiny walk to the beach!

Great stay

Really great location. Lots of stuff for the kids which made traveling less cramped. Kitchen well stocked with cooking options. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Bed were comfortable. We did have an issue with A/C but management was out immediately to get issue resolved. Very good communication and happy to work with Salt and Sand again.

Enjoyable home for family vacation

We enjoyed our week at Sweet Em’s. This home comfortably fit Our family of 8 adults and several littles under 5. It was well equipped with about everything you might want for a beach vacation. We had a few issues that required a call to maintenance but they promptly answered and attended to our concerns. Short walk to beach was a plus and outdoor shower welcomed. Very appreciative of the welcome items including a bottle of wine. Each room is tastefully decorated to help you enjoy a beach vacation! Would stay here again.

Emotion

The house was a nice house. It wasn’t very clean. We cleaned as much as we could. The door that goes outside in the master needs repaired. One of the drawers in the kitchen was barely hanging. We cleaned the stairway railing. The filter on the AC unit is filthy. Handprints hadn’t been cleaned on the doors. The mirrors were dirty.
