The Space:

The top level boasts a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bedroom, private ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in tile shower. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area offers ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy. The bright and airy living room flows to decks with seating, as well as a covered porch with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Elevator access makes moving between levels a breeze.



The mid level features three queen bedrooms (two with private baths and one sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath) and a bunk room with twin-over-full beds, also sharing the Jack-and-Jill bath, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Step outside to your private elevated pool with sundeck, shaded picnic area, covered porch seating, and gas grill. Pool heating is available with at least 48 hours advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week, ensuring you can enjoy the water no matter the season. Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and relaxed pace of life, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
