You are all set when you stay in this unique salt life enclave known as The Rising Son! Situated just a short walking distance from the soft sand and ocean blue water, The Rising Son also rests against the captivating marsh and tidal flow of the Davis Canal where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in the water from your own private dock launch with convenient storage rack. And it gets even better because The Rising Son is flanked to its east side by an inviting 12x30x5 swimming pool with spacious decking for sunbathing and its own convenient bathroom and outside enclosed shower shielded by a 6-foot privacy fence along its Dolphin Drive perimeter literally creating your own island dream oasis. Once inside, you will find 4 most impressive and comfortable bedrooms (BR1:1K, BR2:1K, BR3:1Q, BR4:1Q) on the first level along with 4 full bathrooms of which 3 baths are ensuite which combine to provide the space and privacy you need in this fantastic, inverted floorplan home WOW! That's right, the family and friend focal point is the great room upstairs on the top level of this open concept home so venture up to a fully equipped kitchen, another convenient half bath, adjoining sunroom to enjoy the abundance of life on the marsh and a sundeck to relax and take in the unforgettable ocean views. When you can pry yourself away from the exclusivity of your own swimming pool and kayak launch, the beach is a mere stroll away. And close enough to throw your catch net for some bait out back before heading down to the beach with your rod and tackle for some surf fishing in the evening.
