Family Gathering

The property was more wonderful than in the pictures. The location is perfect. So many options for relaxation and play for all ages, with the pool and the beach/ocean at your doorstep. The property was immaculate. We had one issue with the elevator on our first night. But Oak Island Accommodations took care of it immediately. Service Tech was thorough and professional. We loved our week on the beach!

Sale fish in June

The house, pool and elevator made for a great stay at the beach. This was our first trip to oak island and we were very pleased. There were 10 total sleeping. The rooms were big enough on the second floor for a pack and play in two of the rooms and everyone very much enjoyed having their own bathroom in each room. The house was spacious and pool was big for a beach vacay rental. Only downside was the walk out to the beach. Pictures are a little deceptive. Once you get to bottom of steps you have to walk down two houses to the right before you reach a beach access. For older adults 60+ this was difficult for them. Maybe a new access will be added at some point since this is a fairly new property.

Absolutely perfect!

The Sale Fish was, by far, the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in. The inside was bright, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was perfect for our party of nineteen, as well as the spacious family rooms. Having two dishwashers was a treat! The pool was sunny and clean with a shady deck area and fabulous outdoor furniture. The balcony had rocking chairs for our ocean front view. There was plenty of room for dinner seating, and the sofa was huge and soft. We loved having two ovens and commercial style coffee makers. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The elevator worked well and was so helpful. Everything about this house was top of the line, excellent quality. It was a joy to live there for a week, and the memories we made in that spectacular house will last a long time. When we got home, our granddaughter cried because she missed it so much. (She got to share the bunk room with three of her cousins.) There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this heavenly house. It was perfect for our large family!
