「Room was just okay and had a terrible odor (wet dog smell?) Water pressure was very intense and the tub fills with water and drains extremely slow. The pool heater was broken which is understandable but would have been nice to be told that when we checked in vs getting changed walking down and reading the sign. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee wasn't even hot. Staff acts like guests are a burden.」
