「We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours.
Fortunately, the phone number was not an automated system, and a staff member answered right away and provided the room information. However, I still never received the email.
