The private fenced-in area has lots of parking for any of your toys you might bring including an rv, a boat, etc.

IMPORTANT to note about the water: The unit is on a brand new well which is 600' deep and draws water from natural springs. The water in the kitchen is purified using a carbon and ion-exchange filter system. However, faucet water and shower water have kind of a salty tasty due to minerals in the area. While this water is perfectly safe, it's pretty salty tasting. Just drink the filtered water from the kitchen sink or bring bottled water!
While we do have a local professional pest control company that services the unit and entire property, you are still out in the country! With that said, you may see critters and bugs. As with everywhere near Yosemite, it's country life in the Sierras out here!
BACKYARD:
Soak in your private 6-person hot tub and relax after a day of hiking and exploring Yosemite National Park or a day on Bass Lake. Relax on the deck by the propane firepit, or a relaxing time in the brand-new hot tub.
KITCHEN:
We have a fully stocked kitchen with an under-counter fridge and freezer, a wide variety of pots, pans, salt and pepper, air fryer, toaster, and cooking utensils that will let you cook your amazing meals! Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer and sugar packets! There is also a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher mounted to the wall.
LIVING ROOM:
Watch your favorite movie or show on a 58" 4k Smart TV or invite some friends and have them crash on the pull-out couch's comfortable queen-size mattress. We have a dining room table with room and chairs for 4 to play board games or puzzles for making family memories.
BEDROOM AREA:
This bedroom features a brand new Novaform 14" advanced Cal KING-sized memory foam mattress with luxury sheets. There is a luggage rack under the bed to help with the bags or luggage.
BATHROOM:
This newly remodeled full bathroom features a luxurious shower head and has all your bathing essentials such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand-soap, lotion, cotton swabs, Q-tips, and makeup removal wash cloths. We also have a hairdryer and extra toilet paper.
