Great Staycation

Wonderful, sunny space. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. We were blessed with great weather for walking around town and campus. Loved the front deck for sitting in the sun.

Great Location

This place was so perfect for our family and was on a quiet street with easy access to UC Berkeley. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. The host was readily available to answer and very very accommodating to all our needs. He went above and beyond all our expectations! A Great place for a family to settle in for a couple days or a week. We will be back!

comfortable stay in wonderful location

Jeff was an excellent, thoughtful, responsive host. The condo had just about everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was stocked with fresh breakfast items and fruit when we arrived. There is a large private, sunny deck with a dining table and grill outside the kitchen window. Location is wonderful: a nice neighborhood; walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstore; and a few blocks from UCB campus. We stayed 18 days, working remotely while visiting family. Its an older condo, but it was comfortable and suited our needs. I would consider staying again.

Great location

We had a fantastic stay in Berkeley. Love the community and the location of this property - close to the university and many restaurants, and a great neighborhood for walking/exercising. Beds were super comfy and condo had a nice patio and plenty of space. Host also left us breakfast foods which was much appreciated. We will be back when next in Berkeley!

Perfect location, comfortable condo and nice host!

2 minutes walking distance to UC Berkeley. I and my kids really enjoyed our leisure time at the campus every day. And we enjoyed our afternoon tea time at the deck. The deck is a great option for us. The most important thing is Jeff is a very nice host!

Upmarket apartment close to UC Berkeley

Stylish apartment with everything we needed, room to relax and cook meals for our family or pop down the road to local restaurants/stores and close to UC Berkeley. Responsive helpful owner/manager who made the process seamless. We would suggest asking to rent the garage as well as parking was a nightmare over the graduation week and even with the very helpful parking pass (thank you Jeff) we often ended up parked 3-4 blocks away from the apartment. We will definitely stay again - thank you very much for sharing your apartment with our Kiwi family - it was perfect.

Great place to stay next to the Berkeley campus

This is a clean, well-furnished, comfortable apartment one block from the Berkeley campus and walking distance to everything you need. I was particularly pleased that the kitchen was so well equipped. Literally everything you might need for cooking -- I even baked a pie!

Perfect location for a five week family visit. Clean. Comfortable. All the amenities.

The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. The main living space was a great hangout for the teenagers in addition to the outside balcony with table, chairs and planters with herbs. We stayed for five weeks and the condo was equipped with everything we needed during the stay, including a washer and dryer. Easy walking to downtown Berkeley, campus and public transportation. Don’t let the outside view deter you (all you see is the garage and steps from the street). Angelo was very responsive - we extended our stay after arriving and requested parking passes after arriving and he acted quickly and stayed in touch while making the updates. We would absolutely rent again!

Great experience!

Angelo was tremendously helpful to me. Anytime I had questions , he got back to me immediately! The rental was great, it was close to visit my elder parents, close to my favorite eating area at Gourmet Ghetto (walking distance), and spacious to allow my sons a quick visit from out of town. And a special perk was the lovely breakfast items, drinks and snacks that were provided! The patio out front let us enjoy the mornings & evenings too. And lovely neighbors. Thanks!

Great place to stay.

Had a wonderful time in Berkeley. Apartment is warm and comfortable as we had temps in 40's with rain while there. Everything worked as expected and there seemed to be everything we needed and more. Just have to be careful parking on the street and watch the times. Lots of restuarants a short drive away. Hopefully, we will be back. 😊

Great stay!

This a great place to stay for almost anyone! It's a spacious 2BR apartment that's in very close proximity to downtown Berkeley and the BART station. Very nice place, I would definitely come back! I was traveling with 3 friends and we all comfortably fit in the beds and on couches. I didn't end up meeting Jeff in person, but I chatted with him throughout my stay via phone call and text messaging. He was available whenever I needed something and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. Very nice place, I would recommend to most anyone!
