We love Home Sweet Home

Great house in great location. We had 11 of us from two families, all 20 years and older. We loved the location, yard, hot tub, loft with pool table and the short walk to the lake. There was plenty of room for all of us and the extra hideaway ottoman beds came in handy!

Wonderful weekend in wonderful home

The home was perfect for our weekend away with family. The home was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We enjoyed time by the firepit as the kids played in the yard. The tennis/basketball/pickleball courts were outstanding. The kids had a great time in the pool. Fantastic property!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at Home Sweet Home. The home was charming, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub, as well as snuggling up on the couch and watching movies. The game room and access to the rec center was a huge hit with our pre-teen boys. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We're hoping to plan another trip soon and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to retreat to the Deep Creek Lake area.

Highly Recommend House

We had a blast. The house is beautiful and very cozy. The whole house is well decorated and it is extremely well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything! The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is one of the most beautiful and quite neighborhoods I know in Deep Creek Lake. I know the area very well because we stayed in three different rentals prior to this one. This is the perfect place if you are looking for long walks and lots of family time. We enjoyed so much the game room with the pool table. We played games every night. The kitchen and the living area is beautiful. I would like to thank the owners for truly making this house a Home Sweet Home! Thank YOU! My family and I had a wonderful time!

Gorgeous comfortable home

This is a gorgeous comfortable home- just as pictured. Spotless. Beautifully renovated, tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you would need. Beds super comfortable with quality linens. The yard is lovely, we enjoyed spending time on back deck and front porch. Great quiet location in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Old friends getaway

Easy trip from Baltimore to enjoy ,despite rainy days, finishing off canasta and rummykub games started during pandemic. Most relaxing and fun.

Respite from quarentine

This property was very inviting. Offered a lot of living space, a plethora of comfy blankets while lounging around, a relaxing hot tub, enjoyable firepit, and very fulfilling game room.

Beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had everything we needed for a great weekend despite being told that we needed to bring toilet paper, paper towels, cleaner, hand soap and dish soap. It was a beautiful home. Very clean . Very comfortable beds. There was one problem with the AC. No matter how much we turned it down we could not get the temperature upstairs below 77 degrees. There were 2 adults and 2 children ...one being 7 weeks old ... sleeping upstairs. Ran the ceiling fans all night but was still very warm and stuffy . Too many bugs outside so we didn't try the hot tub or have a fire . I mean hundreds of mosquitos ! And there were 2 gray totes overflowing with linens sitting beside the hot tub the whole weekend .
