Enjoy a relaxing visit to the Bay Area in this intimate 1 bed/1 bath second floor apartment just steps away from vibrant Solano Ave in Albany.

This accommodation comes with one private parking spot right out front. Nestled right off Solano Ave adventure out on foot and explore the many shops, restaurants, cafes and eateries. This apartment is a walkers dream!

The laundromat is right across the street from the apartment.

This apartment is on the second floor. There are about tend steps leading to the front door.

Great Location in Albany

Perfect spot just off Solano Ave in Albany a few blocks past the Berkeley boarder. Super walkable to a bunch of great restaurants- American, Korean, szechuan, and more. The apartment is cute, super clean and quiet for being so close to Solano. Host is very quick to respond and was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed including an early check in.

Wonderful stay in Albany!

We had a great stay around Thanksgiving - the place was quiet, clean and perfectly located. There were great food options and around the corner and a fabulous cafe walk distance from the property. Hosts were very communicative and made coming and going incredibly easy.

Visiting Berkeley to watch Cal Bears football

This apartment is perfect, has everything you need, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment has it's own parking space and has amazing restaurants and several shops within a 5 min walk.

Perfect Place for Us!

We loved everything about this place. It was very close to Solano Avenue, just where we wanted to be. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the living room and the decor was very pleasant. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to our questions and needs. We hope to return to Albany/Berkeley area and stay here again.
