An overpriced dump
We got two rooms as we had two groups staying at the hotel. When we arrived after dark, one of the rooms was not ready as they were still cleaning it. We had to wait at least a half hour for it to be ready. The room we got was ok but the bed must have been over 25 years old as I could feel the springs when I tried to sleep in it. For the price we paid, I expected something a lot better. When I asked the check-in clerk how the weather was going to be tonight he said he didn't know. We tried going to the breakfast but it was not ready and it appeared that the check-in's family were the only ones using it. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible/disappointing
Even though the room was a no smoking room, it still had an odor. We found bugs in the bathroom. The room had not been cleaned or sanitized. Stains everywhere. There was mildew on the chair. The pictures make the place look nice, but actually, it was very dirty. Other people using loud profanity outside the room most of the night. I recommend that no one stay here.

A basic motel, a little threadbare, but a bargain if you need someplace convenient in the Oakwood, GA area. TV and WIFI worked fine

The hotel from hell
I was charged twice, haven't gotten a refund yet. Bed linens and bath towels were soiled, tub was clogged, very bad smell, customer service was worst than the room, we asked for change of sheets, and the attendant threw them at me, they were worst than the ones on the bed, needless to say I had some reusable bags in my car and put them on the bed and slept on them.

Room 105 was a handicap, smoking room. Need better furniture and especially a coffee maker. The elevator and lack of, had us to change rooms to a bottom floor. The man and woman that work their are excellent and catered to our needs. The lobby and the dining room were excellent. Outside appearance of Hotel was great. Very nicely lighted.

Nothing made it stand out, just a place to sleep for the night. It did have a lazy it chair in the room that was nice. The price really tell the story it was good.

It was pretty standard and clean which was great! Nothing was dirty it was just bland I guess, the scratches all over walls, dirt around shower and small stuff like that was just annoying at times. The largest thing that bothered me was the listing of a fitness center that doesn’t exist and “has been down since 2017” and the smell of smoke that just surrounds the place including the non smoking rooms. You can make a non smoking room but when the rooms below allow smoking and it just travels right up through the floors/walls and balconies it defeats the purpose

DO NOT STAY HERE
The hotel is good if your looking for drugs to buy. Saw 2 drug deals in the parking lot while we were walking to dinner. Massive amounts of in and out traffic, loud obnoxious people staying there. The room is old and very outdated. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel in the area because we didn't feel like it was a safe place to stay.

If you suspect anything illegal or dangerous you should report it to the staff or police. To my knowledge, this has not happened. But if we are not told we do not know. I am sorry that the room was not to your likings.

The back of my legs and right foot were eaten alive by bed bugs while I was sleeping. Pulled blankets back and there were multiple holes in the mattress cover so I guess that would make sense of them having bed bug.. very disappointed..

This is an ok hotel. Their pet fee was a little steep at $40.00, when I usually only pay $20 at most hotels that are quite a bit better. The towels were threadbare, hole in the sheets, hole in the blanket. We stayed here because they allowed pets and it was close to where we needed to be for doctor appointments.

I am so sorry you had an unpleasant stay. We do charge for a larger pet fee and that is due to so many pet parents not being responsible.

The motel had a great appearance, and was very clean inside. The staff seemed very eager to please. In my room, I had only 2 problems (in addition to the very common problem of too few electrical outlets): the bathtub drain was clogged, and the a/c's knobs were too much "on/off": either the air blowing out was too chilly, or the unit turned itself "off" -- there was no happy medium. My brother, in another room, reported that his a/c unit was the newer "climate-control" type, but that unit also had a "no-happy-medium-setting" problem.

Not worth the money
Our room had no key, so we either had to leave someone there or get the front desk to let us in. The decor was non-existent. There was no artwork in the room, there were stains on the wall and the AC unit was loud. However, the AC did work well.

This is one of the most horrible hotel stays I've ever had. It was dirty, found marijuana in room, smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking room), bed rails were sticking out in 3 places approximately 3 1/2 inches on one side, and many other small disappointments. The manager was unapologetic and blamed everything on a new maid.

I like that the location was perfect. I could walk to anywhere I wanted to eat or shop. check in was very smooth. The only things I could complain about was the bathroom light would not work all the time, and the neighbor next door kept knocking on the wall with the door late at night.

Property appeared clean. Room even appeared clean however the bed sheets, and pillows cases were dingy and smelled like they had not been laundered in sometime (sweaty head). When we pulled the covers back there was a large stain that appeared to be blood or fecal matter.
