"事前に持病で掃除後の窓開放、空気清浄機の作動をお願いしていたのに、窓も開いておらず空気清浄機はコンセントすら刺さっていませんでした。風呂場の扉が開いていただけで非常にガッカリしました。風呂場トイレの隅には髪の毛のカスや、風呂場のゴミ箱にゴミ袋がついてない、浴槽にピンクの異物がついていたり、水垢もすごくて本当に残念でした。フロントの隣に外喫煙所があり、紙タバコなんて吸っている人がいると風にのってかなり煙臭いです。なぜBoxタイプの喫煙所にしなかったのか謎です。喘息持ちやタバコの煙が苦手な方には配慮がないHotelです。とりあえず色々残念でした。フロントの方の対応は良かったです。"

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. We were only given one pillow between the two of us and when we requested for a second we were told that we had to pay? "Negative first: the breakfast they offer is a voucher for a cafe in the nearby train station. Not in the hotel. The curtains in the room don't block enough light. Beyond those things, this is an excellent upscale Japanese business hotel. Very clean. Modern TV. Bigger modular bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Great staff. "
