Horrible communication. Almost missed flight because they had another vehicle, parked behind mine with no previous acknowledgment. Had to knock on everyone’s door at three in the morning to figure out whose car it was. Messaged them about Wifi being out and they never ever got back to me. When I complain about the parking situation, they never replied either until I again messaged them again two days later to say horrible service.

The Good: The location of this hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. I was also very impressed with how clean the room was when I arrived. The Bad: The check-in process was a confusing mess. There is no front desk on-site, and the property failed to send me any information beforehand regarding which unit was mine. When I arrived, I had no idea where to go or how to access my room. Luckily, the cleaning staff happened to be there and was helpful enough to get me sorted out. The customer service after arrival was almost nonexistent. 1. Wi-Fi Problems: The Wi-Fi for my specific unit did not work at all. I was forced to connect to a neighboring unit's internet, which was terribly slow and unreliable. 2. Mosquitoes: The room was full of mosquitoes, making the stay very uncomfortable.

Perfect place with a stove and fridge. Great location the only recommendation is for signage outside of the building. You can easily miss it, thankfully the staff assisted us with instructions last minute not knowing its self check in. However team as extremely responsive. Loved our stay.
