The Space:
The house is an oasis in the center of Oaxaca. It is a complete house that preserves its original facade to maintain its rustic colonial spirit.
The combination of Oaxacan materials create a cozy atmosphere when combined with a spectacular garden. You can enjoy a dip in the pool
The house features 5 bedrooms with AC and 6 bathrooms, a great garden and heated swimming pool, a kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances and dishes, a private garden, a laundry center, and parking for two cars.
The house is strategically located in the center of Oaxaca, one and a half blocks from the Holiday Inn Express Oaxaca hotel, half a block away from the picturesque park “Jardín Conzatti” and one block from the largest park in the city “El Llano”. It allows you to get to know the historic center on foot or by bicycle, for example, the Ex Convent of Santo Domingo is a 12-minute walk away. The best restaurants, bars, museums, churches and places of interest are just a few blocks away.
Near the house you will find convenience stores, an organic market, a traditional market, and laundry . The best gardens and wedding venues are located just a few blocks away from the house.

You will have access to the house with no time restrictions since the entrance is independent.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a historic and picturesque neighborhood of the city of Oaxaca. Just a few steps away you will find two parks, the “Jardín Conzatti” and the “El Llano” park. Also, a few blocks away, you will find an organic market, a traditional market. The most renowned restaurants, local food places, weddings venues, bars and above all, the most emblematic historical sites, you will find them very close.
Getting Around:
You can get around the historic center on foot. If you need to go outside the center, a block and a half away there are bus stops to different areas of the city or to nearby towns. The bike path is a few blocks away, so you can rent a bicycle. The house has space to park 2 vehicles.

In addition, a jug of drinking water is provided, so you can refill your bottles!
