In rainy season outdoor furniture will be stored but you can easily put it out.
Please help us taking it away everyday of the year, a fine of 2000 pesos will be charged for professional washing if it gets wet or dirty.
Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
Please remember to turn of the AC when it's not in use.
Please take care of water. Oaxaca has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will send a water pipe but we are subject to company schedule availability.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
