Room is clean and cozy, I liked the easy access to everything in town. Nothing was further than 10 minute walk and it was still quiet enough to get some rest after touring all day. Safe and highly recommended.

I loved the location and the staff was really nice and helpful. The only think we didn’t enjoy was the fact that there was no hot water for the 3 nights we were there. Only the last night. And I really did need a warm shower, especially in the morning.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, it was very inconvenient when the water was shut off for at least an hour or so. No elevators!! It was a challenge going up two flights. The bath towels were very rough and hard. No tissues in the bathroom and the hot water took awhile. But the staff is friendly and the location is close to everything!!

Great location and lots of character

Excellent location for exploring central Oaxaca and cold filtered water available on each floor which was great for the hot weather and saving plastic bottles! Hotel is really quirky with lots of character - amazing local artwork and handicrafts on display. Pool great for cooling down.
