On an area of approx. 74 square meters, this holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a generous amount of space: 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Italian fine stoneware and furnishings from Villeroy & Boch as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and designer Furniture (Brühl & Sippolt, Rolf Benz), large TV and soundbar await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the balcony you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The house has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The “Friedenshöhe” apartment house is in a very quiet location just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play House and much more), the tourist information office, the train station and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer you countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities at any time of the year.
