Hikes, bike tours start about 100 meters from the house. A sledge mountain and the Sonnenloipe can be reached in winter also in about 4 minutes. The ski area Kolben, the Laberbergbahn or the swimming pool are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about 10 minutes away. So an ideal location to leave the car.
