"This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved to wake up each morning and to the beautiful mountains. The room was also clean and the staff helpful. However, the rooms and hotel need to be updated. It had a very old vibe and there was only one outlet in the room by one side of the bed. We had to take turns charging our phones. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower stall even smaller. All in all we would come back because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel."

Highly recommend getting breakfast buffet. Not usually too keen on breakfast buffets in general, but this one was excellent and perfect start to a day of adventures in Grindelwald. Staff were helpful/friendly and also used the free shuttle a couple of times. Also, probably the best dinner we had in town as well."
