Le Céleste - Duplex apartment in the heart of Obernai's historic center

At the heart of Obernai, a tourist town in Alsace, you will be seduced by this charming romantic duplex under the roof. (80 m2 on the ground) You come down from the residence and you can stroll in the alleys, you settle down to a terrace of restaurant, to marvel you of the beauty of the city.

1st fl .: kitchen open to living room with two sofas, bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate wc. Room with a trundle bed that can sleep one or two people.

2nd floor: spacious room very cozy and warm. (23m2 on the ground)

Housing :
A small cocoon nest with a cozy and neat decor, very comfortable, in the heart of the city center of Obernai.
Everything has been planned so that you feel "at home":
Free unlimited WiFi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker; new and quality bedding.
We like to welcome, we have thought of everything for a successful stay!

Access of travelers
The cozy duplex of Obernai is a self-catering apartment on the top floor of an Alsatian half-timbered town house with no lift.
Stairs are normal access for people with normal mobility.

For your comfort, the linen is provided (dish towels, rags).

The rental price includes the consumption of water, electricity, heating electric radiators radiators, firewood for the fireplace, the use of wifi.

This flat rate also includes a practical kit to simplify your installation (2 tablets for the dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a trash bag in the kitchen and the bathroom, liquid soap, dishwashing product) as well as the grocers' products basic (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar) and the supply of household products to facilitate the maintenance of the house during your stay.

If you do not want to clean, we suggest you do it for a fee of 50 euros.
Possibility to rent bed linen for 10 euros per bed.
Home pet: 20 euros per stay.

Tourist tax to be paid on the spot: 1. 5 euros per adult and per day. (4 stars classification 2019.)

Schönes Appartement, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Dennoch eine Zusatzinfo: Das elterliche Schlafzimmer liegt im zweiten Stock und ist sowohl von der Straße, als auch vom eigenen Fußboden her recht laut, bei hellhörigen Bewohnern sollte das berücksichtigt werden. Das Kinderzimmer hingegen fast geräuchfrei und bietet zwei vollwertige Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der kostenlose Parkplatz "Remparts" hatte immer ein Platz für uns, obwohl der Ort selbst zu Veranstaltungen einlädt, Kapazität scheint demnach gut berechnet. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und wir dürften freundlicherweise auch unsere Fahrräder in deren Keller unterstellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Excellente adresse en centre ville ...

Nous avons été reçus avec gentillesse et l’appartement était conforme à notre attente. Le parking gratuit à proximité était un plus appréciable. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour qui aime le centre-ville, Obernai est une ville vivante. Merci à la propriétaire, Madame Riche, pour le service.
