「The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience.」

「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. "The hotel is in a quiet area and surrounded by a forest. The room is clean and the mattress is comfortable. There is a kettle with tea bags. The staff is very helpful and polite. The wellness center is good but the pool is not big. Sometimes it’s crowded. The food is fresh but not various and there are some flies at the restaurant."
