「They do have air-con✨✨ The room was old but very clean. The hot water pressure is a bit low. The employees of the coffee shop which provides breakfast wasn't really kind.」

「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「Staff friendly and attentive. Room is comfortable and with nice amenities」

「Good atmosphere, excellent hospitality, the cheese fondue is superb! 」

「Very Good 」

「Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room.」

「nice hotel」

「Prefer full buffet type of breakfast instead of semi serve type breakfast since not enough staff at peak hours. The variety of breakfast has to be upgraded to match the relative high cost of the room. However hotel location is really very convenient. No shuttle bus service to and from airport despite this is the selling point in the Hotels.com website.」
