It was fine. Small room with double bed but all we needed for one night stay in Obidos. It was a short walk to the walled city so no need to pay for parking at the walled city entrance - at least the end of October. Monday and/or Tuesday nights some of the nearby restaurants were closed unfortunately.

Street Parking in front of the hotel or in the lot next to the hotel was a great benefit.

Prima overnachtingshotel.

Erg vriendelijk ontvangst door receptie. Hotel is gedateerd, maar alles is heel en werkt. Prima bed. Badkamer is functioneel. Ontbijt is simpel. Als overnachtingshotel prima te doen. 5 minuten lopen van het oude centrum. Gratis parkeren op eigen parkeerterrein naast hotel.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas du centre d'Obidos. Le parking est gratuit et le petit-déjeuner très bon. Les chambres sont vieillotes et manquent de commodités (rangements, étagères, prises de courant insuffisantes. Dans le voisinage proche,il y a des chiens qui aboient et des coqs qui chantent de façon trop presente (insonorisation mauvaise). De plus la piscine est inutilisable car située dans une partie ombragée de l'hôtel.

Great little room stayed one night

Husband and I stayed 1 night . It was perfect within 10 min walk for us to Óbidos castle. We had twin beds very comfortable and sheets and blankets were just right for May weather cool at night warm in the day. Check in easy quick would recommend. We missed breakfast slept in but we took a couple of Traveler pastries yummy.

walk to the entry gate. However, the room we had was so musty that the odor triggered my allergies and we had to leave. Front desk staff were pleasant and kind. Not recommended if you have allergies to mold/mildew.
