Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready.

Very nice 5-star golf resort! Excellent for golfing and hiking. Very quiet and safe. Good place for retreats!

The were a lot of ants in the room. Also- they say kids are not allowed in the pool after 5pm, however lots of people were in the pool with kids at 8 pm

Rooms are spacious and well decorated, beds comfortable, towels large. Overall the hotel is very good but lost a star for me as they only clean the rooms every 3 days! We were staying only 4 days so not much point. When the cleaning finally happened, it was disappointing: rubbish bins were not emptied, bed linen not changed, kitchen area was not cleaned and amenities (shower gel,etc) not replaced.

Very nice resort hotel off the beaten track
We stayed two nights in this hotel. We found it very challenging to find this hotel, despite GPS. Depending on the system you are using, you may search for Royal Obidos Spa & Golf Hotel (or Elutee Hotel on Waze), and the road is quite winding. I would definitely recommend to do this journey during daylight hours and not in the dark. The location is far away fro everything. There are no dining options, other than in the hotel and no shopping anywhere nearby. The resort is new, modern and sprawling with a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool and exercise facilities. Staff is courteous and kind. The decor is modern, artsy but not cozy. Rooms are spacious, clean and the bathrooms beautiful. The red was very comfortable. It was only a short walk from our unit to the main building and parking area. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and you could order a la carte. We would stay here again.

Têm que melhorar o serviço e as notas informativas
Fazemos apenas 1 nota negativa. No hoteis.com e no site hotel menciona que aceitam animais de estimação, no entanto nao menciona que tem ou pode ter um valor acrescido. Foi nos cobrado 20 euros extra por noite pelo animal de estimação, é uma surpresa desagradável. Deviam rever a informação para o cliente nao ser surpreendido. Tambem damos nota negativa porque tinhamos direito como cliente silver dos hoteis.com a 2 bebidas e nunca nos foram oferecidas. É o primeiro hotel onde nos acontece isto. Nao é pelo valor mas sim pelo descuido que nao deviam ter.

Um bom hotel
Local gostoso de estar, com vista para o mar (bem ao longe) Bem organizado, carece um pouco de manutenção básica das instalações (pinturas, por exemplo). Fica bem longe da cidade (cerca de 10km), o que pode ser bom (para descanso) ou ruim (para quem quer um pouco de agito fora do hotel)

Good hotel, location fair
Hotel, front desk and restaurant all very good. Location is not great and challenging to get to and from. Breakfast was really great.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the best impression. As soon as I arrived, I was very well received by the attendant Andrea. What bothered me was the smell of the room (a lot of mold and sewage smell). The room was a little dirty with hair left over from the previous guest. The shower is inside a bathtub and it is impossible to take a shower without wetting the entire bathroom, probably due to an architectural error. The worst part was breakfast, as I found hair in the food. I informed the waiter present and neither an apology nor any justification was given. I expected at least one "this is not our quality standard". Disappointing!!!

It must be something about Portugal it the hot water was not on and there were ants. The spa did not answer when we tried to book a massage. Could be low season. The property and golf course are amazing. The best was the dinner absolutely delicious !

A estrtura do hotel é fantástica e muito bonita. Entretanto a linpeza dos quartos ficou à desejar. Paredes e camas mofadas e emboloradas. Também fomos convidados a nos retirar da piscina interior porque passava das 17h. Achei que faltou o bom senso, uma vez que fazia frio e as crianças não tinham nenhuma outra atividade indoor.

Loved this place, so quiet and away from the crowds. The included breakfast was wonderful too. Easy parking. Played 9 holes of golf but to rent carts and clubs it was overpriced for the value but views were beautiful. Friendly, accommodating staff. Wasn’t able to eat dinners as it was always booked for a private party.

Hôtel au top , superbe petit déjeuner aux buffet et certaine chose à la carte gratuitement. Par contre hôtel est éloigné de tous il n’y a rien autour sur des kilomètres . Pour trouver un restaurant il faut aller sur Óbidos à environ 15 km à environ 25mn de route .

Mais uma ótima experiência com um hotel pet friendly. Os apartamentos são grandes, simplesmente decorados mas com tudo o que é necessário para passar um fim de semana ou uma estadia mais prolongada. O pequeno almoço é ótimo e variado.
