Great location. We could not eat the breakfast because the lady that checked us in told us it was not available for our reservation but we in fact paid to have breakfast included. At the end we decided to just go out for breakfast.

Staff were very helpful. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. The accommodations were older and the entrance was very confusing. It was fine for the night I was there. They gave out earplugs for noise from the city but because of weather not too many people were out. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall the property was nice and the staff pleasant. The reason for the four stars is that the noise from inside the hotel and outside is very loud and nowhere is that advertised. They provide earplugs, but for light sleepers this is a big problem.

The location is amazing. The only thing that I will say that would’ve made the stay even more better if the terrorist was open earlier and it need a pool that this is someone from South Florida that’s used to warm and beaches and pools overall, I will stay again if I come back through Ocala.

Upon entering the building, there is a very distinct musty smell. The hallways were warm and when entering our room it was also warm and had a musty smell. We have stayed at the hotel 3 other times this past year, and it seems like the maintenance of the hotel is not up to par.

Read some of the negative reviews about loud music and yes there were earplugs on the nightstand. We didn’t need them Labor Day weekend. Street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. We stayed in a balcony king on the 4th floor facing the square. There appeared to be an issue with water on the other balconies and the roofing seemed to be sagging. The hotel parking lot is $24/day. The garage across the street is $14. The hotel had only one disabled parking space and it was never vacant; I think one of the employees parked there. The hotel is in a great location , walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and I will stay again.

We loved the ease, cleanliness and location of this hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby to take the elevator up to check I. Or your room it smells amazing. The closet has a full length mirror drawers and an electric socket ! The bathroom is stocked with Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo, conditioner body and hand soap and lotion. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel.
