「The location is great.」

「loved the coastal themed decor, the wonderful yard and gazebo. The walk to the beach took no time, and the beach wagon was a great plus. Thank you」

「No vents in bedrooms , major ant problem in rooms and kitchen, door wouldn’t lock. 」

「Location was great! Property is best for small parties. Our family of 3 with one dog felt tight at times in this little bungalow. Oven did not work, kept tripping the circuit breaker when we tried to use. We were nervous about parking our full sized truck but my husband had no problem. 」

「This is the cutest little beach cottage, steps to the beach! The owner is very responsive and super hospitable. We will be staying again! 」

「The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.」

「Nice place, clean and had two air mattresses. Nice quiet neighborhood. 」

「Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s」

「Clean, quiet, 3 block walk to boardwalk. We will return. Only complaint was no comfortable living room furniture. Only a hard, leather, low to floor futton and a arm chair. No sofas, couch or loveseat」

「The property was very cute. Worked perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean City. Had bikes to use for getting around and the renter provided sheets and towels even though the listing said to bring your own. She was very accommodating! 」

「The view of the bay was the best. The cottages were very nice and clean. Loved being close to the water.」

「Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.」

「We stayed here in late September and it was perfect for us. Very clean, beds were comfortable, property quiet. Just steps to the beach, and easy to wash the sand off outside. The owner is responsive to questions and made the check in/check out process easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again!」

「It was do easy to find a perfect fit for our vacation. They even allowed us to bring our German ShepTucker. He loved sprawling on the king size bed for his naps!! Check in was so easy and fast. Definitely better than advertised. Have recommended to family and friends.」
