Ideal for families seeking convenience and comfort, the unit features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large flat-screen Smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles in a private lot, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy outdoor dining at the front porch table. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is 8. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Owner rents to families only. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Great place for a beach vacation!!

Loved this property and how close to the beach it was. It was great for my family and I to all enjoy the beach!! The property was very clean and was just as described! Would definitely stay again!! Thanks Rich

The condo was clean and sufficient for us. This is a "no-frills" condo, i.e. no bath rugs, no starter TP or paper towels, no 'Keurig-type' coffee maker, and only one smart TV in the common area. However, an ice-maker in the freezer was nice, and the kitchen appliances were clean and new. It is less than a 1/2 block to the ocean and is a short walk through a small dune. The queen bed in the master was very comfortable and the 2 doubles in the other bedroom were said to be the same. There is plenty of parking with 2 passes allotted with the rental. Several good eating establishments are with-in walking distance. Overall we had a good time in OC this year!
