Brand new sea gem 2 bedroom apartment just two minutes walk to the beach. Your family will love the cozy feel of a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, brand new appliances, dishwasher. Balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with your friends and family. Very short walk (1min.) to the beachfront and boardwalk. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is nearby for the family to enjoy. Complimentary Wifi and one car parking on premises. You'll enjoy the proximity to the beach, shops, amusements and restaurants. Please Note: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If smoking/ vaping odor is found, a $300 fee will be imposed. Pets are welcome, breed and weight restrictions apply, please inquire before booking (limited availability), $45 pet fee per pet per night.
Any booking, there will be a $300 security deposit per stay due upon arrival and released on check out day if unit is found as is.

Perfect access to beach and boardwalk for our family with two young kids. We were on the second floor with a slight ocean view, which was a nice surprise. We were able to walk to the inlet and to 28th street easily with our athletic 9 and 7 year old. The apartment was perfect to cook 2 meals and breakfast for our six day stay. The property manager, Art, is a great host always providing what we needed; from parking the car to extra cooking tools.

We were visiting with our extended family and decided to extend the trip by two days with our kids. We chose the property due to its location to the boardwalk/beach. This place was recently renovated and very clean. Our first four nights were spent elsewhere with our family but this was a nice way to wrap up our trip. I appreciate their attentiveness. We were pleasantly surprised by the maid service when we returned to the room on Wednesday after returning from a bike ride on the boardwalk. We weren’t necessarily expecting that and greatly appreciated the fresh towels/cleaning service after our first night. Thank you! :)

3 night stay July 2025
Pictures and property location were as advertised. The apartment was very clean and the check in process was easy and the property owner was very friendly. My daughter and I were very comfortable there and felt safe. Not a complaint - but for anyone staying there, you should be aware kitchen stuff is limited. The only microwave safe dishes were coffee mugs. There are also no dressers in the bedrooms and the only mirror is in the bathroom. So all great for a short trip, but I think a longer trip would require these thingx

Great service
This was one of our favorite stays. The owners went the extra mile for sure. We were comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional. One night we could not find parking and the owner saw us, he offered to keep our vehicle in a safe place until morning. We received fresh towels daily. Our dogs were welcomed. Would definitely stay again with my family.

Excellent location; as advertised
A great long weekend stay. The pictures are very representative of the unit; it's clear there was a recent renovation and everything was clean when we arrived. Fantastic location one block from beach/boardwalk, and it was great not having to cross the larger roadways to get there.
The owner was very responsive with questions I had in advance of booking. Only suggestion would be a dresser would be nice to have, but was not a concern for us since we were only there a few days. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend / visit again.
