Great location, lovely place!

This home was perfect for our three generation family of eight people. The young kids loved the easy beach access and the separate living room where they could watch TV and play without bothering anyone. The decks were great locations for nightly happy hours for the adults. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was beautifully furnished.

We had a great time in OCMD!

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse unit had THE perfect location. Right on the beach and close to nearby shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything that our family of six needed for the week. The views from each deck/balcony were stunning. The beach was very clean and there were life guards on duty every day.The property owners were fantastic to work with. They were great with communicating important information like access code, wifi, check-in, and check out.We won’t hesitate to book through them for our next beach vacation.

Fantastic location

This was the perfect place for a golf and beach weekend. Views are amazing, close to everything and can’t beat staying on the beach. The place was well maintained and clean, and the management was very communicative and accommodating. One small thing would be lack of beach chairs for guests. No big deal and overall perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely clean, high quality furnishings, great location on the beach. All dishes , pots and pans supplied- didn’t need anything . Super patio furniture. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not a lot of restaurants or stores that were walkable- only downside and not a big deal. Easy check in with key code.

Travel Baseball Family

We traveled to Ocean City, Maryland for our son’s baseball tournament in Fruitland, MD. The condo was perfect for 2 families!!! We loved the privacy the different levels of the condo provided and also the bonus room. The boys had fun playing on the beach, watching movies in the bonus room, and we also enjoyed small meals while at the house since the house is close to many walkable restaurants. Our favorite for dinner was ropewalk because it had an outdoor playground and so many tables and open seating areas. Thanks for helping make this trip a fun and comfortable one! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The place had so much charm and personality. It was so lovely to come off season and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and the luxury of walking right on to the beach from the deck. Everything was clean and had nice amenities.

Fantastic midtown townhouse.

We had such a happy week at this property. The condo felt cozy and welcoming, and it fit all five of us plus a very busy 2-year-old comfortably.The unit was very clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the abundance of hooks and a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor shower and spigot by the beach were incredibly helpful for keeping sand outside. Being literally footsteps from the beach was such a treat—we loved the convenience. We also spent a lot of time out on the deck, enjoying the outdoor furniture and peaceful ambiance. Despite the weather not always cooperating, we were all relaxed and content. It was a special, memorable trip, and we’d absolutely come back again.

Mid town Ocean City rental on the beach

The house itself is terrific with beautiful views and was very clean and comfortable. I rented the house for a small work retreat. I will note that this property is professionally managed. The disappointments were that we did not receive a confirmation notice until the day before telling me that no linens were provided and that if we wanted linens we would need to give them 7 days notice and rent them. When I called to complain about this they said "we sent you this a week ago" They did not and my Assistant had called the resort company looking for information , such as the address the week before and was told we would receive it the day before. Additionally there were no beach chairs at the property. This we did not know until we arrived and that was a big bummer. Expectations could have been clearer. Overall I would definitely rent again as the house is very pretty and beds were comfortable.
