Just like previous previous reviews: furniture and appliances are outdated. Fans in the house are missing wings and when turned on make a lot of noise. The fridge works but makes continuous sounds thru out the day. House was stocked with amenities for the few days we stayed. If none of the above concerns you, this is the best location walking distance to the beach without the boardwalk noise and shops. Boardwalk is a short drive and lots of other options for walking and shopping. This was the perfect fit for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Would not stay here again

I loved the view of the ocean but that was about it.place has a musty smell. Very outdated furniture,couch smells very bad. We had to cover it. Master bed is horrible sinks in the middle and you can clearly see it when you walk in the room. Refrigerator makes a horrible noise. Wi-Fi doesn’t work Found what I believe may have been a roach on kitchen counter.

Avoid the property

This is the worst vacation rental we have ever stayed in. If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. Vacasa is actually as worthless as this property. We called to report safety issues and received no assistance and no refund when we had to check out early. Seriously the refrigerator compressor was going out and sounded like a jack hammer the entire time. An electrical outlet caught fire on the balcony and was deteriorated with wires still exposed. Ceiling fans were missing blades and the beds had a sagged in the middle causing people to roll together. Vacasa did absolutely nothing to help and local team never contacted us after numerous calls. We have photos of everything including the deck railings missing.

A nice little getaway

Unit was small however it did have all the necessary amenities that was needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed that they had several chairs on the balcony, including the table for dining. There was a large table inside for six and a small kitchen bar with seating for two more. The only downside to this unit is that there is no elevator. There were 31 steps to the second-floor units. The over 60 guests found this to be a problem. This information was not provided in the description of the unit.
