This property is also just a few short miles from some of the area's most popular attractions including the Ocean City Boardwalk, Trimper's Rides of Ocean City, Fenwick Island State Park, and Old Pro Golf. This condo is adorned in serene seaside decor and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Relax in the spacious living area, cook up a storm in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or unwind on your private, furnished balcony while taking in the panoramic ocean views. Enjoy resort-style living with access to a pool and playground. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or hit the nearby golf courses, this condo has something for everyone. With its central air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and modern appliances, this condo is the perfect home base for your Ocean City vacation. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Beautifully decorated, lots of amenities including beach chairs and sand toys for kids. Attention to detail was especially noted and made it feel very inviting and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful with incredible views. There is plenty of seating areas in the living room and on the balcony. The home is fully stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, pool noodles. games and puzzles, a washer and dryer and plenty of outlets/charging ports for electronics. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and very nice. We can't wait to come back.

Relaxing Oceanfront Retreat

Thank you for such a lovely stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated with top notch amenities including a lovely furnished balcony with ocean front viewing. My 87 year old mother and I had a wonderful time, even walking out to the beach was made easy because of the ADA accessibility right next to the apartment building. Everything was so charming and we hope to be back in the Fall! Thank you again for being such lovely hosts…we thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Stunning sunrise, sunset and beach views everyday

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Our family couldn’t ask for a more perfect spring break getaway!Waking up to breathtaking sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean each morning set the tone of our day. Every evening we were delighted in watching the moon's changing phases dance over above the ocean waves.The house's direct beach access and thoughtful start up amenities made us for right at home. We overpacked beach chairs etc which are available at the beach house. My husband and I celebrated our Emerald wedding anniversary. My boys had a fun time too.Thank you again for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Beautiful views!

The primary bedroom has a huge window, practically the size of the wall. The view of the ocean is incredible. Direct access from the primary room to the balcony is also great. You could hear the ocean all day. The air mattress came in handy. Everything was clean. Streaming movies was simple. The owners had a full beach set up in the closet—5 beach chairs, umbrella, cart, beach toys. Very quick walk to the beach. Family friendly crowd. Large laundry room. It was perfect.

Very nicely decorated. Well maintained property. I would have liked a king sized bed instead of queen. I personally did not like the faucets on bathroom sinks. I didn’t understand how to set the thermostat and would have liked instructions for it as well as the TV. A listing of available chanels would have been helpful.
