Peaceful get away

The condo itself was lovely for the price, the location is great. The only issue was upon check-in. We were not given the correct key, but this was resolved with a phone call. We were also not given the shower key for outside to rinse our feet, so we used a bucket outside of the condo.

We had issues with the door keys and the hose key. We called then 2x. Neither issues were addressed. We’re just lucky the key didn’t break off in the lock. It took 10/15 minutes to lock & unlocked the door after jiggling & jiggling the key. Wasted time when you could have been enjoying the beach etc. 10/15 minutes per couple times a day times 7 days adds up. Maybe the owners received a deal from vasca who knows. They should go back to the old rental company OR maybe we’re just a middle class family not spending thousands and thousands of dollars…. Who knows.
