Nice little condo, inside could be update.

The facility was amazing!! We had a toddler with us and it was perfect, will definitely come back! The condo could be better. If you need a firm mattress this is not the condo for you. If you plan on cooking you might want to bring your own pans and utensils. All the tables are glass which looks very nice but we had a toddler lol.

Will not rent again

Upon arrival, we experienced a broken lamp, false eyelashes on the end table, socks under the bed, dishes in the dishwasher, and dusty TV stand. The lightbulbs in the living room were burnt out and we had to have someone come up and put new ones in. Like to be cool? Not here. The owner decided in the middle of the trip to turn the AC up to 72 degrees and lock it with a code that no one would give us. We will not be renting this place again.

You get what you pay for

Overall, the location was amazing but the unit needs lots of help. When we entered the unit the tile floors were filthy to the point where the bottoms of our feet turned black. Vacasa got a cleaning crew up to us in about an hour, but this was not a great start. The king size bed has a deep sag (likely a mattress and furniture issue) making it very uncomfortable. The en-suite bathroom toilet also had a leaking issue, and due to the cleaning issue we had at the beginning of our trip we just decided to turn off the water and use the other restroom. The kitchen is in need of more tools (tongs, a better spatula, more pans) but we enjoyed the large fridge/freezer and the nice countertops. The view of the beach and bay was wonderful, and the building amenities are great. All in all, the unit needs help but the location and the building are great!

Good place but could be great

My family and I spent a week here 8/22, to start off it’s a good place with all the amenities and it’s very clean, fantastic view of the ocean and bay the unit is very convenient to access from the elevator and is decorated nicely the only complaint is that the MB bed needs to be updated, I didn’t have an issue but my husband is 6”2 220lbs and said the mattress has no support and is 2 twin mattresses that are spring mattresses without a box spring very uncomfortable and outdated another thing is you don’t have full control of the thermostat and it was warm a few days, overall it’s was a good stay but could of been better for hubbies back.

Bathroom issues

well 1st day there master bathroom they took the toliet tank off to fix and could not get one put a old one in so we could use the bath and had to call them back 2 time to fix the 3 days late on Friday it broke again and we weny Fri/ Sat with no toliet in Master bath...wanted to lower the A/C down below 72 and could not. Other then that we did have a good time there and would come back again
