Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 21. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.

We provide sheets and towels for all reservations of minimum 3 nights. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Handtowel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
