This location puts you close to many fantastic restaurants and activities such as miniature golf, go carts, water parks and movies! You'll also be strategically located to take advantage of the tax-free shopping in Delaware!

This bright and very clean, 3 BR 2 BA unit has all the charm of classic Ocean City! There is a stainless-steel refrigerator, sofa with attached chaise, kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. A full kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat at home and a furnished balcony is available for you to enjoy those cool summer breezes. This unit is definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Dune Mist is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 128th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It's a short walk from the beach, the instructions were clear, and the host was so responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Thank you for having us!

The property was good. The tv didn’t work at all in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and living area had a lot of dust and crumbs under the furniture. Overall, everything else was pretty good.

Good spot

Easy walk to the beach. Close range to restaurants and activities as described in listing. Kitchen and living room area could have used a bit more of a cleaning, especially the floors, but it wasn't anything enough to demote the quality of the stay. Not being able to adjust the AC any higher than what the property instructed was less than ideal on those hot nights. Overall good stay thiugh

Family/Friend Getaway

The location was great, beach access within steps of the rental. Across the street is a great grocery store, restaurant, and bar. The bedroom sizes were great, beds were comfortable and plenty of room but there was a musky scent to the house. We kept the AC units on most of the time to help eliminate the smell. Sliding screen door was terribly hard to open and a couple broken items were in the house but didn’t bother us (Cabinet door missing with trashcan and fold out chair off the hinge) kitchen was well stocked and lots of starting items (cleaner, toilet paper, clothes detergent) laundry machines worked great was perfect for washing small loads. check in was super easy with keyless entry.

Location was great! Literally 2 min walk to beach enterence .. neighborhood quiet Porch area nice and relaxing.Plenty of stores , Wawa and food close by and even some in walking distance.Kitchen had everything needed.Few items that were not great Sectional couch I wasn’t really a fan of them.. shower/tub area was dirty and some mildew when we arrived other than that was a good stay room area had weird covers on them..

The place was super cute. It was close to the beach which was awesome, and some close restaurants. My only complaint is that I feel like the cleaners just do bare minimum and with having small children that are always on the floor and touching everything it bothered me.

Fantastic Weekend

Truly, a wonderful place! Very short walk to the beach, short walk to the transit bus. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the appliances, including everything needed to prepare meals. Really should have a deck at both ends instead of just the West side facing the highway. Had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Summer vacation at OC

The place is almost on the beach and close to many restaurants and supermarkets It’s very convenient. The interior is average but good enough for our family get together. The kitchen is loaded with everything. The only thing that we did not get used to with the noise from window air-conditioners specially the one in master’s bedroom it’s was very noisy. No problem with parking there were always space available on the streets.

Not what was expected

The location to the beach, the main strip (with restaurants and shops) and check in process were the only good parts of this listing....well, the living room/kitchen area was decent as well. There was plenty of dishes and useful items in the kitchen, if you wish to cook or order in. The bedrooms were VERY musty and had a smell of dirty urine. Even with the AC units, the bedrooms never seemed to dry out and any used towels or wet bathing suits stayed damp the entire time. The carpets were stained and carried all the musty smell - honestly, it would be better if the entire condo had laminate floors and area rugs to help it dry out a bit. No central air, just window units...very dated, very loud and they barely cooled the rooms when the sun was strong during the day - seemed like a window fan instead of an AC. Most of the doors were warped and very hard to open if closed all the way. Had to push/pull very hard to get into the unit or out of the hallway bathroom - not easy for young kids at all. There was garbage under all the beds from the previous renters, so we had to clean up before we could even enjoy ourselves. Makes me wonder if the unit is even cleaned between stays. We tried to use the dryer twice and both times it set off the smoke alarm - we didn't see or smell any smoke, yet after using the dryer twice we didn't bother a third time. The front porch/balcony slopes a bit towards the railing and seemed a little unsturdy when more than 2 adults were on it.

Other than what was mentioned above: • Air conditioning is window units permanently mounted on the wall below the windows. They are loud when running. • Water pressure was great. • Loved the convenience of the key lock box. • Entrance is on the side of the building and not very well lit. When first floor unit had outside light on it helped. • We had two cars and never had an issue with parking. • Filters/zoom settings made unit appear larger in pics.

Great location

Close enough to everything that you can walk. Restaurants near by, literally across the street and the beach is steps away. The property could use a deep cleaning but clean overall. Be weary of using the dishes without washing them found some utensils with food on them. It is a decent property and I would stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights for Ocean City car show. Area was convenient...close to places to eat, shopping and away from road noise. Wish there was covered parking area, but still worked out well for our group. Would stay again!!

Cute condo, quiet location, close to everything

This was perfect for a friends get away, and was just enough space. Condo could use a little attention to detail, like carpet shampooing, touch up painting and a general deep cleaning. Little details were missed, like trash under the trash can and candy wrappers on the floor of the master bedroom. Would recommend removing the dresser from the master bedroom, it’s crowded. Great location, close to great dining, the beach and the $3 bus. Would like to note that booking this through VRBO was very strange, and I couldn’t access my booking online, tried to call to confirm it and was directed to an office in Sweden, and finally sent to Benchmark properties. Rhonda was awesome, but when I book something in an app, I want to access my reservation in that app. I was very concerned we had been scammed until I finally got the property manager. VRBO needs to sort its system out. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great location

Great location right near the beach. Plenty of things to do. The condo could use some refreshing in the bedrooms and the ac was not the best. Luckily for us the weather was great but any hotter and it would have been a problem. Kitchen was stocked really well and the owner was quick to respond.
