We had a great experience staying here. The house was spacious and clean. The check-in process was seamless. We had a group of six so had most meals at home so I really appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook/prep. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty

House was smelly. Could clean air conditioner filters, furniture, carpets, and do some painting. Upstairs people sounded like the were coming through the ceiling. Kids were running and jumping around all day and all night. That's why the ceiling has some many marks on it. Very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures on line.

Lots of potential but poorly managed

We loved the location and parking, we usually give 5 star reviews but this place needed a lot more work. One of the beds had sand on the blanket which means it wasn't changed before we got there. The plates and cups were dirty, we did dishes as our first activity on our vacation. There was dust and hair coming out of the air conditioning, our second activity was cleaning the vent/filter of the air conditioners. There was also sand on the couches. The front door didn't open with code and there wasn't extra toilet papers or towels. The management was impossible to get a hold of even on the weekday. Oh and the threshold was off the floor when we got there and one of the hangers fell off. Again, great location, the property is like a great kid who got abused in foster care. If the management step it up and make it more comfortable, we would def come back for the great location

Spacious

Plenty of space and beds for our group of 8. Floors get sandy but that's expected of a beach house. Walls between bedrooms as well as with neighbors are thin.

Our beach stay

This was the first time we rented a house and it meet all our expectations. The house was large enough for the nine of us to be together and have fun. VRBO AND Vacasa were very helpful Our only complaint was that it needed new shower curtain liners.

Nice stay

Grandkids Spring Break 2022

The condo was exactly like the pictures, very impressive. My grandkids 17, 12, and 8 loved the space. Usually they share rooms on vacation not this time everyone had their on space. Reasonably priced. Back deck served as a great outdoor eating space. Would visit again.
