Great stay terrible check in
The condo and location was great the check in process not so much. They make absolutely everyone check in at the same time so the office and parking lot is an absolute mess. If they would allow people who's condos are ready earlier to check in like Central reservations does this wouldn't happen. We had to stand in the rain and got soaked. If they would just stagger the reservations maybe this could be avoided
