Poorly maintained home

The house had 'in progress' projects that left the space unsafe and feeling a bit dirty. There were open caulk tubes at ground level where my children could reach, fortunately my husband and I saw them and moved them. There was an uncovered electrical outlet in the main living area with exposed wires that I requested repair of and it took 3 days for maintenance to come. This was at ground level in the living room where the children were playing so very difficult to keep them away from and unsafe to put things in front of as well. The air conditioning wall units seemed to struggle to keep up with the space and the unused ventilation system for the central air left a number of open, uncovered and broken vents in the floor that were filthy and direct drops down to the ground under the house including a really large one in the hall that we ended up putting a kitchen mat over because it was big enough for phones and toys to fall under the house. The bedrooms were really moist even with the air running and there was mold in the bathroom that was inside the master bedroom right above the shower head. There was a pile of loose boards in the living area by the tv and couch - about 4 high and they were 3-4 foot long boards.
