Great location, clean, easy to access

This is a great location, right where the convention was. I was attending the beach access was right down the street. It’s clean, nicely laid out and updated. It’s a nice place for a couple, small family or a girls weekend.

The location was nice and that’s about it. The apartment was not cleaned prior to us arriving. Stains on rugs, mattress pads and furniture. Apartment also needed repairs in multiple areas. Not maintained well and it seems like Vacasa had no idea what was going on in terms of the cleanliness and maintenance of their own rental. Very disappointing and we will not book with them again.
