Irene 504 is a lovely beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two matching cushioned chairs, a suede armchair, and a television. The couch doubles as a double-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double-size bed and two twin beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Perfection.
This condo is absolutely perfect in every way. Extremely clean and spacious. Cannot believe the view from the balcony. The Irene is a perfect situation for a family as most of the condos appeared to be permanent residents. Check in was done in under 5 minutes with the reality company and at the Irene.
Only complaint would be the TVs didn’t work the best but we weren’t in the condo that often to worry about it.
10/10 will stay again!

Enjoyed our stay
We were very pleased with the location and the room. We did notice the air conditioner was leaking in one of the ceiling vents and called to report it. No one came to look at it that we know of. The box spring in one bedroom was broke and the sliding screen door in the living room kept coming off the track. Minor things. All in all we were happy with it.

A great time away from Ohio
We stayed at the Irene. What a wonderful location and view. There were some outlets and lights that didn't work in the condo, but all minor things. Amazing time and an amazing stay. I would definitely go back.

Amazing sunrise views
The condo was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing and you could either so yoga on the beach or the balcony was big enough as well.

The Irene is great; unit 504 not so great.
Love The Irene and location. Unit 504 at first glance was fine. Upon further inspection we found sliding glass doors sealed so poorly that the curtains blew and allowed humidity to enter and cause black mold to form on curtains and AC vents. Furniture and bedding always felt damp.Electrical wiring is suspect....some do not work at all. Two broken screens and the dishwasher was not totally installed so much so that it actually falls forward when racks are pulled out.
Concerns were expressed to Shoreline Properties , knowing that nothing could be done during our stay, however their response was lukewarm. These are issues that I believe have been expressed before.

Great family place
My husband and I took our 2 kids (9 and 2) here for a week and it’s the perfect place for a family. The convenience of the beach in your front yard can’t be beat with small children. The photos and description were accurate, it actually looks bigger in person. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the water as well and you can hear the waves at night. The only bummer was that the indoor pool was closed due to COVID, but this was obviously not at the fault of the owners. It was a great week!

Great view!
This is a great property. The view was amazing. Plenty of space for my wife and small daughter. The check in process was super easy. The property company was super nice and quickly called me to confirm and helped set me up for a late arrival pickup of the keys. There was some little maintenance issues I was able to fix relatively easily. I'm sure due to this condo being a made in the 70s and taking a pounding from the ocean breeze for all that time. Like I said not a big issue and understandable, but an update some little mechanical issues would probably make everyone's stay a little easier, but I wouldn't let that s deter anyone from booking it. It was very nice and affordable considering the location and closeness to the beach.

Spectacular view!!
Condo was exactly like pictures on-line; clean; plenty of kitchenware; tons of places to eat; 20 min from Jolly Roger on the pier but the best was the view from balcony (could hear the ocean when falling asleep 🥰 and beach literally steps from condo!
